Who should be contacted to report that many of the links on the Struts resources page are bad? Specifically, on the http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/userGuide/resources.html <http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/userGuide/resources.html> page, in the Contributor Extensions section, about half of the links are Not Found.
