Take a look at tiles.. Its part of Struts 1.1 (currently in beta 2 I
believe) or can be obtained separately.. The link to the current tiles
docs are at http://www.lifl.fr/~dumoulin/tiles/, unless they got moved
to the struts contrib directory recently..
