Navjot, The version that I'm having the problem with is jdk1.4.0_02-b02 so this could well be the problem - although just got some information that suggests that this problem only occurs between 1.4.1 -> 1.4.2, which ties in with what you say, but would mean that I shouldn't be seeing this pro
