There shouldn't be any reason to edit the Struts TLD files. I'm running 1.0.2 just fine on WLS 7.0. Personally, I'd recommend blowing the TLD files away completely (they're already packaged in the struts.jar file) and using their standard URI values: <%@ taglib prefix="bean" uri="http:/
