I have a need to validate whether a Resource has a value associated with it. I was hoping to use the <logic:messagesPresent> tag but it I can't seem to get it to read from the <bean:message> tags. How do I nest the <bean:message> tag into another tag set so that the returned value of the tag is treated as a string?
