Actually if I start intentionally two or more instances. Everything works
and not having file locking is better.
Problem here it's different but I'm not able to replicate it no matter I

I guess I understood: I had two Subsurface running at the same time :-\
Once I closed Subsurface I found a ghost Subsurface behind opened without
logbook . Actually It was fully working (menu bar was correctly opening).
I close it and I open Sub

from my side is the cut and paste code.
If you hit Ctrl-C (or select Log->Copy dive components) a dialog will open
that allows you to select which parts of the currently displayed
