We can do a few things here: building from the build sh could always do a
fresh build ( wich means remove the cmakecache file) , and after that you
would build using make inside of the build folder.
After the first run of build.sh you can rerun cmake passing the missing
stuff. Run ccmake .. ( Y

I see that there is a bit of work to be done with the with respect to
the user manual after using cmake. Currently the Build/Documentation
directory containd html versions of the user manual but does not include
the appropriate subdirectories containing the icons and images used in

with GF 20/85 (once I used GUE decoplanner, now I use Subsurface).
