Nope. I got some wip hanging out in my repo, but nothing that works.
We'll see if it ends up in 4.5 or if it lands later.
First out is lifting open/close out of the read/write calls for easier work
against bt devices.

So I think I have figured it out. XCode 4.x miscompiles Grantlee.
If I replace the shared library and plugins that were built with XCode
4.6 with the corresponding files built with XCode 6.x then printing
appears to work. Of course those files then don't work on older Macs -

Should the "Save user ID locally?" checkbox in the Network preferences
constantly uncheck itself after clicking Apply or when opening the page?
The Default user ID is saved, but the checkbox state seems to be a bit off.
