Hi,
for latest Ubuntu, qtdeclarative5-private-dev package is missing in
packages list in INSTALL file.
But I'm not able to build it anyway.

Good observation. I know, and have more patches prepared, that will
clean this up.

Hello,
I'm working towards icons code cleanup and the possibility to create
other, nicer, scalable icons. Possibility to change icons in Subsurface
at will. And finaly usage of your current GUI icons in Subsurface,
where meaningfull.
This first step is using relative icon path and icon aliases fro

Hi,
Ubuntu 17.04 seems to work, but gives long output of warnings:

For the first start, without divelog, I would like to see map zoom 0

Hello.
These days more and more distributions are using Wayland. Last Ubuntu
e.g. AFAIK Wayland design feature is that UI applications are not
allowed to run as root.
From Subsurface manual: "If you are not root, you may not be a member
of that group and won’t be able to use the USB port." Well, i

I like the idea to be able to set (sync) time in dive computer from PC.
Pop-up if DC time differs from PC time would be ok, BUT:
My PC uses local time and daylight saving. M DC, GPS, cammeras, etc.
uses UTC without daylight saving.

According to PADI AOWD manual: bar/min or psi/min.
According to DSAT Tec: l/min.

It would be very good to be able to export dive locations to GPX.

Or even to open dive locations by external application.

It would call user configured command like:

Map tiles could be used from Gnome Maps or Viking cache (if available).

It would be OK for me, to have no map in Subsurfac

Hi.
In Ubuntu 17.04, running Subsurface under sudo (two displays setup)
makes it fail. Without sudo it seems to work.

I found string "PO2", that should be "pO₂". See attachment.
But I didn't manage to find out, where is this string comming from.

Czech divers are using czech equivalents in spoken language. Eg.
"maximální operační hloubka" for MOD.
But for written text and bottle inscriptions, we are using english

For translations, Alt+ works. Every translation can have
different shortcut (or none). It even doesn't have to be unique

Hi.
I have found a few minor bugs in 4.5.0 planner. I mentioned it in
"Proposal on new planner layout" thread, but was asked to send it
separately.
Start Subsurface (no log file).
Ctrl+l (Log -> Plan dive).
I get warning "Too many gas mixes".
Warning text is there twice.
It doesn't make sense, bec
