Please check in which state the automake repo was actually left by this.
For example does "git log" work on it.
Also try to clone automake manually to see if it's a sugar-build specific
issue or not.

to see if that works?

Today I was all day trying to update my development environment,
doing a clone from zero, after was broken with a update.
Looks like the git pull from glib never ends.
Anybody else see that?
My desktop is F18 64bits

Thanks for the advice,
So I think I'll start a program from scratch, using Gtk3 (as I suppose that
GCompris is built upon PyGame).

I thought it was Aleksey Lim who had repackaged the GCompris games as
individual packages for ASLO.

Laurent,
I'm forwarding this to the list. The only thing I know about GCompris
chess is that it exists. It looks like GCompris use to be distributed as a
bunch of individual Activities and now they are all one Activity. Someone
on the list may be able to help.

integrate release automation with the rest of our build infrastructure

I have that more or less working. We just need to update the version in
configure.ac and a tarball will be made available at the

Hello everyone,
I plan to write an activity in order to let users learn basics chess rules.
But I am wondering whether I should write it in GTK3 or PyGame as I don't
know if the real XO (not the emulator instances like in my environment) has
already an installation of PyGame, so that no extra wor

But is it possible to test applications in several sugar versions (0.100
and under) this way ?

Thanks in advance
