It seems to require the extra gnome repo that gives you a newer GNOME

"sugar-runner --resolution 1024x768" worked in Workstation f21 Beta TC2 live
install to HD
I do not know how to edit the XO icon in Workstation Gnome for this command so
I can set this up correctly.

With more testing it seems to run OK from the command line if you
specify a resolution eg "sugar-runner --resolution 1024x768" so I'm
not sure the issue with full screen

I seem the same on gnome3 but I don't need to restart, I get a black
screen but can alt+tab away and kill it.
