I thought it was worthwile to create a link with the time of the meeting

In the past Daylight Saving Time etc seem to have caused confusion.

The cause was easy to find:
gsettings list-recursively | grep cursor

org.gnome.desktop.interface cursor-theme 'sugar'
change was made by sugar:src/jarabe/main.py _start_window_manager

Reproduced in Ubuntu 16.04 daily build from 23rd March 2016, with
0.108.0 packages, so the problem remains.
Please let me know if you find the cause. As I said before, I suggest
looking at the changes to gsettings caused by starting Sugar for the
first time.
