That *was* me trying to organize this to happen. If you have suggestions as to
how I might more effectively and directly do so I am receptive to suggestions.
I tend to use 'deejoe' and 'dzho' and variants thereof, these days.
I do not have ops, nor am I voiced.
When connected to freenode, the command
/msg chanserv access #sugar list
returns this information about which nicks have what flags set
