This GSOC 2015 project was based on Browse integration from the outset.
The integration with Browse did not happen because Gonzalo was
unavailable to assist with this at the time. Utkarsh is volunteering to
help with completing the project and making it available to the community.

I think that the sugar-intergration of this application has nothing to
do with the toolbars.
The idea of a JSFiddle style activity is very powerful. But squeezing
it inside of the browser is not powerful. You loose the saving,
collab, journaling, etc.
