One alternative is by default not select any game, and show a canvas
with cards with the games to select:
* Additions
* Letters
* Sounds
... and in the case Art4Apps is installed:
* English
* Haitian
* Français
* Spanish
If some of the languages is selected, show the second level
games as cards
