Hi, I have a problem. I have Python 2.7.14 and Python 3.6, and when i open osmWebWizard.py, there is a message that shows: “Socket connection failed. Please open the OSM WebWizard by using osmWevWizard.py or the link in your start menu.” I OPENED IT IN THE START MENU. HELP ME PLEASE! thanks!

It is not possible to read the vNext value of the current simulation step via TraCI before that step is done. Since it generally depends on the interactions of all vehicles it is only known after the simulation step has been fully computed. If you use moveToXY, then vNext for that vehicle is not
