i have some question about SUMO :
1- I want to know if it's possible to give the "route" for one vehicle as a
close loop. Want I mean here, is that the vehicle has to drive the same route
against and against until the simulations-time is over.

Unfortunately, there is yet no output that would track ids or locations of
discarded vehicles. Currently, the best method to understand where vehicles
cannot be inserted is via SUMO-'GUI and coloring edges by 'insertion
backlog'.

the districts.taz.xml file looks ok to me. You should be able to use this
with od2trips (assuming that osm.poly.xml contains all the district shapes
that are relevant for you).
It helps to use a modified typemap to export only administrative
boundaries. (

I want to generate the emission outputs per vehicle type and per edge id.
I use the following add.xml file (an example for 3 hours simulation).
Is this correct? Or do I have to use a different name for edgeData id for each
row? Also the vTypes correspond to the different emission

I have the option "--tripinfo-output.write-unfinished" enabled. I will try
--duration-log.statistics and see where and how is it logged.

I have never used these features myself, but as for vehicles that could
not enter, there is a value "waiting" described here:

use the output file of the detectors to get your data.
