In netedit move-mode there is a checkbox 'Elevation'
You woud reference it from vehicles and flow defintions. (attribute
'route').
You can also use routes as child elements for vehicles and flows. Netedit,
referes to these as 'embeddedRoute' and lets you convert between both
usages (dev-version).

Of course, you can also set the values directly via inspect mode (all
coordinates/shapes support an optional z-component)

I generated some net via netconvert of sumo. And then I wanted to add some new
lane on this map, but unfortunately the height value does not match together.
That is why I was wondering if we have the possibility to refine this height
