In 1.0.0 you can use tools/plot_trajectories.py (
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tools/Visualization#plot_trajectories.py) but this
requires an fcd-output file.
You can get fcd-output for only the ego vehicle by setting the options
--fcd-output fcd.xml
--fdc-output.explicit ego-car
