When using Veins, use only the explicit Sumo version pointed on the log
version, since then you should tri to use the recommended version (SUMO
0.25.0), Good luck

I want to work on veins and I have installed veins and omnet++ as well.
When I try to run a sample example from veins I get an error that thers a
error in module.
Traci server "SUMO 0.28.0" reports API version 13,which is unsupported.We
recommend using SUMO 0.25.0..
Should I use SUMO 0.2
