? that could be translated by " light guides me"
or "light rules me".

I was viewing your web page again and admiring your skill at engraving
the scales etc. on (or is it in) brass. Could you enlighten me on the
various techniques that craftsmen such as your self use in different
engraving situations? Are there any books that describe any of these
techniques?
