I have the good fortune to be making a public arts sundial for a new
science center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It incorporates the theme of
Icarus ascending and descending, and a labyrinth.
The motto I want to use is,

According to my Franklin Planner, Benjamin Franklin said,
Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that's the stuff
life is made of.
Franklin is justly famous for, among other things, having stuffed several
lifetimes of life into his long sojourn on Earth.
