Declination Sun and timeequation

For sundial design purposes I had a table made by the mainframe computer of my employer. This table gives for every day in the year the mean values of the declination and timeequation measured over the coming century: 2000 - 2099. The values are for 12:00 GMT(noon). I used the original formulas
