The 30° East Meridian (GMT +2) runs through the Eastern part of South
Africa, we don't have DST thus you will certainly find a dialist paradise
here, although I don't have a accurate map handy to give (an) example(s) of
towns.

South Africa is also one of the countries with the most sunshine hours!
