Excited to hear about all these projects. Are there links to the projects where
I can find more information and also perhaps contribute? Thanks!

Interesting work Gorka! Thx for sharing and keep it up.
Seeing examples of how people are using s6, particularly including the
build/compile steps, makes it much easier to test it out etc.

Laurent,
Congrats on the release! Looking forward to checking it out.
What is the upgrade path from pre 2.0.0.0 s6 installs to 2.0.0.0. Are there
any major compatibility issues?
With the new major version in the release number, not sure if I should
expect an upgrade to just *work*.

I'd love to help with this. Any way we can move the runit scripts to github
instead of svn / googlecode?
Instead of rsyslog, socklog works great. Remote log forwarding handled by
either svlogd or one of many other log forwarders.
Rsyslog does too much and ends up having nasty failure scenario
can you clarify which envdir feature you're referring to?
I use the envdir feature of the chpst utility, but I'm not sure that's the
one you're talking about.

Script generators are the way I've been leaning.
It's really convenient to have one or more services defined in some kind of
structured data format like yaml or json and to then generate and install the
service scripts.
I wish there was a standard format to define services so the generator co
t too hacky/cludgy?

Thanks for your hard work!
I've also made it the default init system for my Airstack base docker
container...
