In some situations, fproxy returns a MIME-type of application/unknown. This does not exist (officially), see URL:http://www.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/application/ The standard type for this purpose is application/octet-stream. See rfc2046. Thanks for your efforts, -- Robbe

I just installed freenet and am excited to use it, but it asks for a user name and password. I entered what I want them to be, but it denied me access as is someone had already made a password and I was using an incorrect one. Please advise.

Are there any current documents on the web that cover publication on Freenet? I've been trying to find out how I can take a directory full of html documents and images, and post them to Freenet, and have them appear on a browser like a normal website. (I'm really not interested in maintaining
