I set up Freenet 0.4 for the first time this weekend, and have it 'kind-of'
working. By kind-of I mean that I can _sometimes_ get a few bits and pieces
retrieved, but nearly every page I try to reach fails with "data not found"
no matter the HTL I use. I've got a set of about 100-ish node refs
