The reinstalling of fso-config-gta02 did the trick.
(apt-get install --reinstall fso-config-gta02)
The installation of debian was normal less the fact that I have skipped
the partitioning.
I have installed all tasks.
But for some reason the /etc/frameworkd.conf file was empty (not
