Login to it and do a ps awux | grep php. I bet the php + console bug
is biting you.

When you run ps awux | grep php many times back to back sometimes a
process with rc.console is running. The bug is that Getty is
constantly launching a console which invokes php and slows everything
down to a halt since its launching this process like every 5 seconds
or so.

Yes, I didnt think about this. You want to only sync from the
primary to secondary. If you have an ip pluggin in on the secondary
box then you are doing this incorrectly.
