Forgot this in my last reply, Turbo mode is also part of the "Super"

Super G/Super AG mode includes dynamic 108 Mbps capability, real-time
hardware data compression, Fast Frames™ and standards-compliant bursting.
The reason I only mentioned Turbo is because the re

Turbo Mode uses channel width of 40mhz while normal operation uses 20mhz and
every single channel takes 5mhz. This is why Turbo Mode is not a good thing

and thats the reason I think the developer of the driver in FreeBSD d
um...WOW...thats severe overkill for what he needs. It also costs money. DNS
roundrobin is all he needs to use and thats free hopefully if he has a good
managed DNS service for his domain.

I barely see any mention of ASSP...maybe that's why--lack of interest?

Oops, indeed. I was thinking multi server behind pfSense load

your server is not the bottleneck as well. I've been /.'d 4 times now

he was asking about the WAN connections themselves being load-balanced in. I'm
assuming he only has the one server and that his bottleneck was just the
bandwidth. DNS round Robin is still the better answer fir his problem.

Hi,
I configured an OpenVpn tunnel (client to server)
from a pfSense box to freebsd firewall. All seems ok
but packets don't route from tun0 to lan net and viceversa.
I can ping tunnel's ip from freebsd but not lan's ip.
I tried to disable nat and firewall rules (in pfSense) but
unsuccessfull.
you can load balance in if you set the DNS to round robin between the 2
separate IPs. this isnt really load-balancing with the router...its normal
Dual-WAN. you are right in thinking that load balancing is for internal users
going out.
so get the dual-WAN and set up the DNS server to round rob
