Currently, my pfsense load balancer is working fine with 2 WAN lines (WAN and
OPT1) in routing mode, is bridging mode (transparent firewall) works with 2 WAN
line in load balacer, please advice.

Loadbalancing only works when using Routing/NAT. It's not possible with
transparent/bridged interfaces.
