I'm having exactly the same problem. I tried the same workaround of Country
Block, by removing the .log file of squidguard package in /tmp, then fresh
install the package, booted the box, but the problem persists.

I am kind of stuck with a 1.2.3 to 2.0 upgrade on a 1Gb Alix CF card.
I wanted to know how long the upgrade process is supposed to last ?

How are you running an upgrade? I
Running “2.0-RC1 (i386) built on Sun Mar 20 02:20:38 EDT 2011”.
When I make any change to the squid configuration (via Services-Proxy Server)
and click Save, it takes my firewall about five minutes to do …something.
Something that involves the php process pinned (75%+ util. according to
Sawadeekap.
Might be interesting for some people here.
