Is it possible to do backup on a 1.2.3 machine and reload it with a
fresh2.0 and reload the backup?

I am looking to upgrade to 2.0 soon and wanted to find out if there is a
way to add / remove users to captive portal / free radius via command
line so that I can automate this task?

I have a pfsense 1.2.3. box up and running fine, running captive portal
and PPPoE utilizing free-radius. I would like to be able to add /
delete / suspend accounts in free-radius via a command line, is there a
command I can run from ssh to accomplish this?
