Since I upgraded my account to 2.5, it is now reading that all of my contacts
(but 1 or 2) are offline. Can someone please help me get this up and running
properly? Or do you recommend that I put a ticket in at the IT helpdesk.

account works fine, but lately Pidgin tells me that
s_p_a_m_m_e_d_0...@hotmail.com has been shut down and that the username
is invalid.
Why is that,
