can't enable my new account

Hi, I am in the process of creating a new pidgin account. After I entered all the information and try to enable my account at [Accounts - Enable Account ], my password is not recognized. Is there any way to reset my password? Thanks, Rosalinda

Rosalinda: You don't have a Pidgin account. Pidgin is the software you use to access any of a number of different IM Protocols. Yahoo, AOL, ICQ, etc. How / where did you create this account? If you don't have an existing account for whatever protocol you want to use, you need to create it

Can not receive messages in aim

Hi. Using latest version of pidgin. Vista 32, full updated. Never had a problem like this before. I can log in to aim yahoo and msn just fine. Yahoo and msn have no problems whatsoever. However, with AIM, I am unable to receive IMs. From anyone, including myself. It will say girlfriend is
