I keep getting this message when trying to use the Pidgin client to login to
the AIM messenger service.
“Aol does not allow your screen name to authenticate here”
What the hell does that mean?
I can log into AIM using their client(which is just the worst), but not their
webservice, oddly.

And welcome to all on this list. I would like to ask for something. I
use Pidgin for some time. I have 4 folders with about 100 contacts in
every. I would like to merge them into one and remove about 70 buddies.
Is there a way to do this not in the 'one-by-one' fashion?
