trouble logging on

I am able to log on to my laptop just fine but the desktop I use in my ham radio station keeps giving me the following message when I try to log on : Received unexpected response from https://api.screenname.aol.com/auth/clientLogin: Password/LoginId Required/Invalid I am logging in as -

Manny, pidgin does not have support. Its a freely available product. You are emailing a public mailing list. You'll need to detail the problem including your OS, version, your pidgin version and what specific problem you are having and one of the many thousand on this list (guessing at how many)
