I don't have Jabber/XMPP as a protocol option anymore, neither in finch nor
in minbif. It wouldn't even connect if there is an account in the
accounts.xml.
I messed around a bit with minbif and xvfb before to get skype working with
it (to my surprise it seem to does that pretty well), don't know
to directory C:\Users\Ryan

we want to use pidgin for our Company. We have a LDAP Database where our staff
is in it. ~100Member
Is there a possibility with Pidgin to share the Buddy list that all have the
same Buddy's and no one needs to add or apply request of people's in the
Company?

are under '~/.purple/logs'. The log files are just plain
text, so it should be no problem to use them with Linux also.
Just curious, how did you search for '.purple'?
On a shell prompt you can try this:
find ~ -name .purple
