This is due to a bug in our code. We'll hopefully release 2.10.9 with
a fix sometime in the next four days.

I have a problem with Pidgin 2.10.8. Facebook chat does not work. The error
message: The connection was closed by the server. On version 2.10.7
everything was working, until I upgrade a program.
