Hello, I use Pidgin to instant message with my Yahoo! and MySpace accounts. The
first time I used Pidgin, everything was perfect. After that, Pidgin refused to
unfreeze after the Buddy List window opened. The taskbar image would be two
plugs and I could hover and it would say "Pidgin - Available" but clicking
would do nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but the
same thing would happen over and over again. Eventually I gave up and went to
Digsby but Digsby does not have MySpaceIM. I downloaded the Windows Debugger
for 32-bit and ran Pidgin under it and it would work! I tell it "Go Unhandled
Exception" and it works perfectly. But if I break it, then Pidgin freezes where
it's at and the window can't even be moved. I'm no developer or programmer, so
I know nothing of what the debugger was actually doing or what the text it says
means other than these are files located on my computer. Is there something
that can be done so I can run Pidgin without using the debugger?
