Storing passwords encrypted or as hash

Hi, i am using Ubuntu 10.10 and Pidgin is storing the passwords for Jabber/ICQ/MSN unencrypted in XML files. Is there any way to store them as a hash or use a masterpassword to store them encrypted on disk? -- Regards, Jo Galara signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature
