Please reply to the mailing list and not to me directly. The problem is that you haven't followed the instructions at http://d.pidgin.im/wiki/BuildingWinPidgin You're not using the recommended gcc version (you're using a TDM packaged 4.6.1 version, not the vanilla MinGW 4.4.0). You also don't appear to be using the cygwin bash shell to do the compilation.
