Hello Patric, Our records show that this camera was assembled from the boards outside of Elphel, so while each board was tested individually, we did not have a chance to test the assembled camera. Do you know if the camera did work with SATA disk before? Andrey __

Patrick, I think the interface board (10369) needs to be replaced. You could still try: 1. Check the serial port output if you have the cable. 2. Check if USB works - plug in some thumb drive and get the "dmesg" output. 3. Update the camera's firmware
