Since the problem still exists, is there a way to tell SeaMonkey v1 and
Firefox v2 to not use JavaScript/JS on these Web sites?

Jim, I think you could start with a clean slate by deleting SeaMonkey
and the delete anything left over in its program

UPDATE: There doesn't seem to be a version for Seamonkey -- none of them
will install. :-(
