never mind today its cleared up and looks like:

S2.0.4 have problem to propose login and password memorised when we are
connecting on the site. The login and password are registred in
préférences/Confidentialité Sécurité/mots de passe but when we get on
a site with login and password, Seamonkey don't propose the couple
registred :
I just upgraded from SM1 to SM2.
Now every time I open the browser or email it asks for a security password.
How do I eliminate this action?
(I don't have or want one.)

Set the Pref to ask for it only the first time it is needed, and not at
Startup.

Then filter for signon.startup.prompt and
