Hi ! I´ve downloaded Seamonkey 2.23 and installed in another directory (so Seamonkey 2.0.14 which I used before is still available). I´ve two Screens, the primary Screen (with Start menu a.s.o.) is the *left* one. I´ve Windows XP SP3 on a DELL Notebook with Intel I5 252M CPU 2,5GHz and 3 GB RAM
The BUG description: When the Seamonky window ist on the primary screen (the left one), everything is OK. When I move the Seamonkey to the right screen (the right one) the mouse arrow becomes very "busy": It is updated not often enough. It remains at one position and then jumps zu the next (with a jump distance of several centimeters when the mouse is moved a bit faster!). This happens on both(!) screens as long as the Seamonkey window is on the right screen. When I move the Seamonkey window back to the left screen the effect ist gone and the mouse arrow is fast as usually.
