Integrating local folders

I have soem Family History folders relating to families I'm researching on one machine (a Nova[tech]) which aren't on my other machine (a Medion). I want to move the contents of "missing" Local Folders from the Nova to the Medion. I've copied the folder across from one machine to the other but I
