On the x86 Windows, it seems to be working; but I haven't

So you have two bugs for the price of one.
1. The "Load this bookmark in the sidebar" option is not working.
2. Once set, you cannot reset the "Load this bookmark in the sidebar"
option.
Is there a bug filed for this?

Hi All,
Due to a goofup on my part, the ->2.12.1 updates were not
updating properly.
As far as I can see, this problem has been rectified.
