Just saw this today, sorry.
Actually, you would be right: It was just a moment's impulse, as

There's still plenty of people that are using both XP and Windows 7,
because they have reasons not to upgrade. But in the same way,
there's holdouts that won't upgrade Firefox past 52.9, or Thunderbird

have never seen any information about this, I'd like to know if anyone

The only 'caveat' is that I still haven't tried it with SM 2.53. It's
supposed to be compatible with FF 2.0-3.1a1pre and SM 1.1-2.0a1, but I
can attest that it works fine in SM 2.49.5 and FF 52.7.4ESR.

, shows you're still

Also a nice surprise: Now SM has a pt-BR version!?
Can it be installed over the en-US one with no problems?
Will it be maintained in future releases, or is that still uncertain?

It's an easier way to do what you've been doing up to now, for the cases
where "all body parts" still doesn't allow deleting an 'attachment' (or
to keep a message but safely taking out a part with 'dangerous code').

For me, one minor annoyance is that there's no way of discarding
graphical content that's embedded in a message body.
Frequently, you can get rid of such content using
As / All Body Parts
That way, items which are not considered "attachments" can be still
'deleted' (or perhaps 'detached'), and then you can compact the message.
