Whenever I attempt upgrade from Seamonkey 1.1.8 to any version at 2.0, or above, I am unable to do so. I'm using a Macintosh running OS X 10.6.8.
First I was told that I can't proceed because I have 2 versions of SeaMonkey running (I don't). I now see the following message: "Your SeaMonkey profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." Is there a way to resolve this problem without a deep understanding of the technical side of this problem??? I need VERY specific steps to address this problem ASAP.
